Coronavirus Update

To limit the spread of coronavirus and in line with Government recommendations, Fairfield Primary Academy has closed for the majority of pupils, from the end of Friday 20th March 2020 until further notice.
The Government has asked parents to keep their children at home, wherever possible, and asked schools to remain open only for those children who absolutely need to attend. We are continuing to provide care for a limited number of children - children who are vulnerable and children whose parents are critical to the Covid-19 response and cannot be safely cared for at home. Many parents working in these sectors may be able to ensure their child is kept at home. The Government expects that every child who can be safely cared for at home should be.

Learning from home activities will be shared by class teachers on Class Dojo. On a weekly basis during term time, a member of our staff team will phone you and your child to 'touch base' and find out about the home learning adventures that will be taking place. If you have any questions or would like any advice, please feel free to contact your class teacher via the message option on Class Dojo or call school and a member of staff will be happy to talk to you.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding throughout what is a very difficult period. We extend our very best wishes to you and yours over the coming days and weeks.

Mrs Shamara Sadler (Principal)
